Conversation data — when you chat with Ella, your messages are processed to generate a response. We do not permanently store your chat history after your session ends.

Usage data — when you visit the Site, we may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited and time spent on the Site. This is used to improve the Site and is not linked to your identity.

We do not collect sensitive information such as health records, financial details or government identifiers unless you voluntarily provide them as part of a plant health question.

4. AI Conversations with Ella

Ella is our AI plant advisor, powered by third-party AI technology. When you chat with Ella, your messages are sent to a third-party AI provider to generate a response. We do not retain those conversations after your session ends.

Ella's responses are general in nature and intended for informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional plant or soil advice. Always read product labels and follow the directions before use.

We do not use your Ella conversations to identify you personally or to build a profile about you.

5. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties.

We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate the Site — for example, hosting providers, analytics services and AI technology providers. These providers are required to handle your information securely and only for the purposes we specify.

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Healthy Earth, our users or others.

If we share information with overseas providers (such as cloud or AI services), we take reasonable steps to ensure those providers handle your information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.
